Noland is widely
recognized as a CA Clarity thought leader, CA Clarity-certified consultant and educator, frequent guest speaker on a host
of CA Clarity-related topics, PMI-published author on Project Portfolio Management, and acknowledged expert in CA Clarity
Financials, Open Workbench and Microsoft Project.
Noland has more than thirty years of experience in project management execution and Project Management Office (“PMO”)
support. His CA Clarity experience started with NIKU Corporation where he served as a Principal Consultant
providing PMO and project management consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring for the development and implementation
of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and the Niku Portfolio Manager software solution.
Noland was also a co-founder of Xinify and served as its Leader of Client Services
– North America responsible for delivery of Xinify’s SOW-based engagements, program
and service offering development, and CA Clarity education offerings. During his tenure with Xinify Noland
was frequently contracted by CA to teach numerous of CA’s Clarity Functional Boot Camps both here and abroad.
Noland holds a B.S. Degree from Arizona State University, an M.B.A in technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional
(PMP).
